One of the biggest trends this season is the use of surfboards in home decor. Whether propped up against the wall or used as a table or shelf, they are the ultimate in cool and give a home that relaxed, fun ‘I’ve just been for a surf’ vibe.
Stylist Sibella court recently collaborated with Byron Bay board makers McTavish to create this amazing surfboard range – inspired by her recent book Gypsy. We think they make amazing oversized ‘art’ but can’t decide between the palms or the flamingos… or maybe we wait to see the soon-to-be-released collab with Bonnie & Neil….. EXCITING!
There is something so appealing, calming and carefree about boho inspired living. We love the clashing of colours and multi-layered textures and the fact that anything goes.
Boho luxe (half bohemian, half luxury) or high-end hippy, is an eclectic mix between bohemian chic and luxury modern pieces. Think turkish kilim rugs, embellished skulls, retro tees turned into cushions, silks, furs and leather.
