We’ve been long time fans of NZ brand Loobie’s Story, every season they bring out beautiful pieces inspired by travels afar, made from the highest quality fabrics. Their latest collection is no exception, East West is inspired by designer Laurinda Sutcliffe’s travels along the Orient Express and features jewel tones of teal, popping magenta pink and indigo, whilst a tapestry influence comes through in peasant styling with a true bohemian vibe.
We recently collaborated with Loobie’s Story to show how we style our favourite pieces from their AW16 collection.
Ses wears the Amaretti shirt in ‘stone’ featuring lace insert sleeve – paired with ripped knee jeans, western boots and fedora.
Jen wears the Imperial blouse and St Louis scarf paired with blue jeans and boots for a relaxed everyday look.
Being fans of the world-traveller, boho vibe Loobie’s story’ suits us perfectly – the pieces are classic and can be worn season after season. We love how versatile these pieces are for everyday, while still feeling luxe due to the beautiful quality fabrics and exclusive prints.
The East West collection is available in stores now you can check out the lookbook here and locate your nearest stockist here.
Thanks to the team at Loobie’s Story we have a St Louis scarf to give away, head over to our Facebook or Instagram page for details of how to enter.

Its not often you find a home that’s the perfect mix of vintage, tribal and eclectic shabby chic but this home ticks all the boxes.
Named the Black Shack, this home is located in Wentworth Falls, in Rural Sydney. Its no wonder this place features such an amazingly curated collection of pieces – as the (former) home owner Jane Frosh is one half of the very clever interior styling duo Cool Edies.
The home was a turn-of-the-century weatherboard miner’s cottage and with the creative touch of Jane and her family it has been transformed to this masterpiece.
This textured reupholstered headboard looks amazing paired with shibori cushions and white floors. How fun are the string party lights above kitchen bench!
