The weather is getting warmer and summer holidays are on the horizon, so now is the perfect time to sort out the key essentials to get us through the long hot summer days.
Ses & Jen summer days tend to start off with a walk on the beach, followed by a leisurely breaky, then its time to set up for a day lazing on the deck; bean bags, sunscreen, magazines and our favourite books are a must. After lunch its hot enough for a swim so its time to grab a towel, slip on some jandals and walk down to the beach for a cool dip.
With this in mind we’ve put together some of our favourite pieces and recent purchases to see us through a summer of fun.
1. Trilby Hat 2. A Big Impression Shoulder Bag 3. Bikini 4. Ksubi Denim shorts
5. Strictly Confidential 6. Studded Converse
1. Zimmermann Beach Towel 2. Straw Hat 3. Print Pants 4. Karen Walker Sunnies
5. Sandals 6. Flower Bomb 7. Pineapple Overnight Bag
These days anything goes when it comes creating a theme for your Christmas or New year feast. Your colour palette and table setting is limited only by your imagination. Today we showcase two fabulous, and slightly non-traditional themes for entertaining this festive season.
Neon & metallic
We’re just loving this perfectly pulled together neon colour scheme by ruffled blog, it was actually created for a wedding but we think it would be just perfect for a Christmas or New Years party!
This year we’re having a relaxed Christmas lunch at the beach, so we’re very inspired by this rustic outdoor setting. We too will be indulging in delicious cheese and crackers and of course a good dose of Chianti to wash it down.
We can’t get enough of floral installations at the moment, whether it be OTT table decorations, floral headpieces or even horses dressed up with flowers.
Here are some of our current floral inspirations
